Moving Forward, Together.
History
On October 1st, 1992 construction of Phase 1 began. Phase 1 consists of the west side of the neighborhood, including homes on Via Del Sol Drive, Westwind Drive, and other streets within this proximity.
Throughout the rest of the 1990’s other construction companies came to develop the rest of the neighborhood, including the central and east sides. These additional areas consist of streets off of Loma Del Sol Drive and Via Bianca Drive. As a result, 388 homes now make up the neighborhood of Loma Del Sol.
Loma Del Sol is a deed restricted community, where only property owners and long-term residents reside. No short-term rentals exist in this community.
The Loma Del Sol Homeowners Association is made up of the property owners and residents. The community is led by a Board of Directors — a group of volunteers who have dedicated their time to leading the neighborhood into a better tomorrow. They are normal people just like the rest of the community who have a passion to bringing Unity, Communication, and Safety to Loma Del Sol.

There are a variety of committees under the Board of Directors that residents are encouraged to get involved with:
- Compliance & Violation Management
- Landscaping & Grounds Management
