The Loma Del Sol HOA Board of Directors is dedicated to maintaining the bylaws, covenants, conditions, and restrictions of the community in an inclusive, communicative, and safe manner. These covenants and by-laws are established to keep our community safe and beautiful — not to be weaponized to harass neighbors. The HOA Board is not the arbiters of aesthetic taste. The HOA Board is not an enforcement group of personal taste. Each resident is free to establish their own living space as they see fit but bound by the covenants and restrictions established by the community.
The LDS HOA is guided and bound by the Florida State Statutes Chapter 720 – Homeowners’ Associations. Please familiarize with the statutes for proper procedure before initiating concerns with the LDS HOA Board of Directors.

The LDS Board meets on a quarterly basis. Meeting Minutes are taken in reference to the general discussions held at these meetings. Any documentation may be requested by a homeowner under the 720.303 rules – Section 5.
